By submitting a Lien Sale Order order to our company (via online form, e-mail, phone, fax, or by any other means that is available), you are authorizing JOMICK LIEN SALES to file lien sale documents with the California DMV on your behalf using the information you have provided.

You agree that you are authorized to file liens on behalf of the business listed on the form and have a valid lien on the vehicle/vessel pursuant to California laws.

You agree that you have provided JOMICK LIEN SALES with the true and correct vehicle/vessel identification data.

You agree to have provided JOMICK LIEN SALES with all the names and addresses of every interested party in the vehicle/vessel (e.g., insurance company, alternative contact, etc.).

You also agree to notify JOMICK LIEN SALES if you no longer have possession of the vehicle/vessel or if you have received any payment(s) towards the lien.

Furthermore, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JOMICK LIEN SALES and all its associated agents from any lawsuits, judgements, and errors/omissions of any kind, under any circumstances.

You understand that JOMICK LIEN SALES does not, and cannot, provide legal advice in any way.


Payment
When JOMICK LIEN SALES receives your Lien Sale Order, we will review it and provide services only after payment has been made.  Once work (services) on your Lien Sale Order has started, no refunds will be given.

Additional Fees *
Some types of lien sales require extra processing and have additional fees, including, but not limited to:

  1. Newspaper Advertisements
  2. Preparation and Mailing of Certified Letters (to each registered owner or interested party)

 

* These fees will be charged only after DMV approval for the lien has been received.

** If you lose the lien sale paperwork after we have provided it to you, and need a replacement, there will be a Reprinting Fee.
